Its kinda beauty drink with essence of bird's nest containing royal jelly and fish collagen!
To me, its best for skin and hair, could b used together with other beauty products!

Hm,,, I drink one every two days, it takes notable effect in 2 weeks as I dont feel as much tired as before after night parties!! lol
